Le vittime, secondo recenti studi attendibili, dovrebbero essere già circa trecentottantamila. I negazionisti vanno denunciati al giudice penale in base all’art. 604bis del Codice Penale. del 15 settembre 2025, affermiamo che “La Dichiarazione di New York deve tradursi in risultati concreti” e che sono ora necessari assi concreti per realizzare un cessate il fuoco nella Striscia di Gaza, la liberazione di tutti gli ostaggi, il ritorno dei prigionieri palestinesi, la distribuzione su larga scala di aiuti in tutta la Striscia in coordinamento con l’ONU e il completo ritiro delle forze israeliane da Gaza in linea con la Risoluzione 2735 del Consiglio di Sicurezza dell’ONU. Fondamentale è la mobilitazione della società civile mediante le Flottille, l’isolamento totale dello Stato genocida israeliano e lo sciopero generale del 22 settembre contro guerra e genocidio. The Center for Research and Elaboration for Democracy (CRED) emphasizes the importance of the United Nations Experts’ Report that confirmed the existence of the ongoing genocide in Gaza. According to recent reliable studies, the victims should already be around three hundred eighty thousand. Deniers must be reported to the criminal judge under Article 604-bis of the Penal Code. States and the United Nations must stop the genocide by all necessary means. Quoting the editorial of CHINA DAILY of 15 September 2025, we affirm that “The New York Declaration must translate into concrete results” and that concrete steps are now necessary to achieve a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, the release of all hostages, the return of Palestinian prisoners, the large-scale distribution of aid throughout the Strip in coordination with the UN, and the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza in line with UN Security Council Resolution 2735. Fundamental is the mobilization of civil society through Flotillas, the total isolation of the genocidal Israeli state, and the general strike of 22 September against war and genocide. We recall that at the beginning of October the complaint will be submitted to the International Criminal Court against Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, Defense Minister Guido Crosetto, and Leonardo SpA Director General Roberto Cingolani for complicity in genocide under Article III(e) of the 1948 United Nations Genocide Convention.
