I Giuristi e Avvocati per la Palestina ( GAP) annunciano che martedì 14 ottobre 2025 è stata inviata al Procuratore della Corte penale internazionale la versione inglese della denuncia per complicità in genocidio della presidente del Consiglio Giorgia Meloni, dei ministri Antonio Tajani e Guido Crosetto e dell’amministratore delegato di “ Leonardo” SpA, Roberto Cingolani. Il testo della denuncia che è stato inviato al Procuratore a nome dei 51 firmatari insieme a 51 allegati di documentazione probatoria, è stato pubblicato sul nostro sito www.giuristiavvocatiperlapalestina.org, dove chiunque può aderirvi. Le adesioni finora pervenute sono più di quarantunomila, ma la raccolta proseguirà ad oltranza nei prossimi mesi, almeno fino alla fine dell’anno, ed organizzeremo iniziative in merito su tutto il territorio nazionale.
Con tale denuncia intendiamo dare espressione alla volontà della stragrande maggioranza del popolo italiano di ripudiare il genocidio del popolo palestinese e tutti coloro che in qualsiasi modo vi concorrano. Come affermato dal primo ministro Sanchez, nessuna pace può fondarsi sull’ impunità dei carnefici e dei loro complici. L’Italia interrompa immediatamente ogni fornitura di armi verso Israele ed ogni collaborazione militare col regime genocida.

Jurists and Lawyers for Palestine (GAP) announce that on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the English version of the complaint for complicity in genocide was sent to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court against Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Ministers Antonio Tajani and Guido Crosetto, and the CEO of “Leonardo” SpA, Roberto Cingolani.
The text of the complaint, which was submitted to the Prosecutor on behalf of the 51 signatories together with 51 annexes of evidentiary documentation, has been published on our website www.giuristiavvocatiperlapalestina.org, where anyone can join.
More than forty-one thousand people have joined so far, but the collection of signatures will continue indefinitely in the coming months, at least until the end of the year, and we will organize initiatives throughout the national territory.
With this complaint, we intend to express the will of the overwhelming majority of the Italian people to repudiate the genocide of the Palestinian people and all those who in any way contribute to it.
As Prime Minister Sánchez has stated, no peace can be founded on the impunity of the perpetrators and their accomplices. Italy must immediately halt all arms supplies to Israel and all military cooperation with the genocidal regime.

Juristas y Abogados por Palestina (GAP) anuncian que el martes 14 de octubre de 2025 se envió al Fiscal de la Corte Penal Internacional la versión en inglés de la denuncia por complicidad en genocidio contra la presidenta del Consejo Giorgia Meloni, los ministros Antonio Tajani y Guido Crosetto, y el director general de “Leonardo” SpA, Roberto Cingolani.
El texto de la denuncia, enviado al Fiscal en nombre de los 51 firmantes junto con 51 anexos de documentación probatoria, ha sido publicado en nuestro sitio web www.giuristiavvocatiperlapalestina.org, donde cualquiera puede adherirse.
Hasta ahora se han recibido más de cuarenta y un mil adhesiones, pero la recogida continuará indefinidamente durante los próximos meses, al menos hasta fin de año, y organizaremos iniciativas al respecto en todo el territorio nacional.
Con esta denuncia queremos expresar la voluntad de la gran mayoría del pueblo italiano de repudiar el genocidio del pueblo palestino y a todos los que de cualquier modo contribuyan a él.
Como afirmó el primer ministro Sánchez, ninguna paz puede basarse en la impunidad de los verdugos y sus cómplices. Italia debe interrumpir inmediatamente todo suministro de armas a Israel y toda cooperación militar con el régimen genocida.

Les Juristes et Avocats pour la Palestine (GAP) annoncent que le mardi 14 octobre 2025, la version anglaise de la plainte pour complicité de génocide a été envoyée au Procureur de la Cour pénale internationale contre la présidente du Conseil Giorgia Meloni, les ministres Antonio Tajani et Guido Crosetto, ainsi que le directeur général de “Leonardo” SpA, Roberto Cingolani.
Le texte de la plainte, transmis au Procureur au nom des 51 signataires accompagné de 51 annexes de documentation probatoire, a été publié sur notre site www.giuristiavvocatiperlapalestina.org, où chacun peut y adhérer.
À ce jour, plus de quarante et un mille adhésions ont été recueillies, mais la collecte se poursuivra indéfiniment au cours des prochains mois, au moins jusqu’à la fin de l’année, et nous organiserons des initiatives sur l’ensemble du territoire national.
Par cette plainte, nous entendons exprimer la volonté de l’immense majorité du peuple italien de rejeter le génocide du peuple palestinien et tous ceux qui y participent de quelque manière que ce soit.
Comme l’a déclaré le Premier ministre Sánchez, aucune paix ne peut se fonder sur l’impunité des bourreaux et de leurs complices. L’Italie doit immédiatement cesser toute fourniture d’armes à Israël et toute coopération militaire avec le régime génocidaire.

Юристы и адвокаты за Палестину (GAP) объявляют, что во вторник, 14 октября 2025 года, английская версия жалобы о соучастии в геноциде была направлена прокурору Международного уголовного суда против председателя Совета министров Джорджии Мелони, министров Антонио Таяни и Гуидо Крозетто, а также генерального директора компании “Leonardo” SpA Роберто Чинголани.
Текст жалобы, направленный прокурору от имени 51 подписанта вместе с 51 приложением доказательных материалов, опубликован на нашем сайте www.giuristiavvocatiperlapalestina.org, где каждый может присоединиться.
На данный момент собрано более сорока одной тысячи подписей, но сбор будет продолжаться в течение следующих месяцев, по крайней мере до конца года, и мы будем организовывать мероприятия по всей стране.

巴勒斯坦法学家与律师协会（GAP） 宣布，2025年10月14日星期二，已将关于意大利部长会议主席乔尔贾·梅洛尼、部长安东尼奥·塔亚尼和圭多·克罗塞托，以及“莱昂纳多”公司首席执行官罗伯托·钦戈拉尼涉嫌参与种族灭绝的英文版控告书，提交给国际刑事法院检察官。
这份控告书代表51名签署人提交，并附有51份证据文件，全文已发布在我们的网站 www.giuristiavvocatiperlapalestina.org，任何人都可以在此加入签署。
目前已有超过四万一千份签名，但征集活动将在未来几个月继续进行，至少持续到年底，我们还将在全国范围内组织相关活动。
通过这份控告书，我们希望表达绝大多数意大利人民的意愿——坚决谴责对巴勒斯坦人民的种族灭绝以及所有以任何方式参与其中的人。

يُعلن الحقوقيون والمحامون من أجل فلسطين (GAP) أنه في يوم الثلاثاء 14 أكتوبر 2025، تم إرسال النسخة الإنجليزية من الشكوى إلى المدعي العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية ضد رئيسة مجلس الوزراء جورجيا ميلوني، والوزيرين أنطونيو تاجاني وغيدو كروزيتّو، والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة “ليوناردو” روبيرتو تشينغولاني، بتهمة التواطؤ في الإبادة الجماعية.
وقد أُرسلت الشكوى باسم 51 موقّعًا مرفقة بـ51 ملحقًا من الوثائق الإثباتية، ونُشرت على موقعنا الإلكتروني www.giuristiavvocatiperlapalestina.org، حيث يمكن لأي شخص الانضمام إليها.
وقد تجاوز عدد المنضمين حتى الآن واحدًا وأربعين ألفًا، لكن عملية جمع التوقيعات ستستمر خلال الأشهر القادمة، على الأقل حتى نهاية العام، وسنقوم بتنظيم مبادرات بهذا الخصوص في جميع أنحاء البلاد.
من خلال هذه الشكوى، نعبّر عن إرادة الغالبية الساحقة من الشعب الإيطالي في رفض إبادة الشعب الفلسطيني وجميع من يشاركون فيها بأي شكل من الأشكال.
وكما قال رئيس الوزراء سانشيز، لا يمكن لأي سلام أن يقوم على إفلات الجناة وشركائهم من العقاب. يجب على إيطاليا أن توقف فورًا كل إمدادات الأسلحة إلى إسرائيل وكل أشكال التعاون العسكري مع النظام القائم على الإبادة الجماعية.
