Il Centro di ricerca ed elaborazione per la democrazia (CRED) plaude alla decisione della Suprema Corte di Cassazione che ha imposto la corretta formulazione del quesito su cui voteremo al prossimo referendum. È stato sconfitto il tentativo farlocco e furbesco di Nordio & C. di aggirare le norme vigenti in materia. Votiamo NO al referendum in difesa della Costituzione repubblicana, dello Stato di diritto e dell’indipendenza della magistratura, dando al governo delle destre e ai loro alleati infiltrati nel PD una batosta storica della quale si dovranno ricordare a lungo. NO al referendum, NO al governo della guerra, della miseria, della repressione liberticida, della devastazione ambientale e della complicità nel genocidio.

The Centre for Research and Elaboration for Democracy (CRED) welcomes the decision of the Supreme Court of Cassation, which imposed the correct wording of the question on which we will vote in the upcoming referendum. The bogus and crafty attempt by Nordio & Co. to circumvent the existing rules has been defeated. We will vote NO in the referendum in defense of the Republican Constitution, the rule of law, and the independence of the judiciary, delivering a historic blow to the right-wing government and its allies infiltrated within the Democratic Party—one they will remember for a long time. NO to the referendum, NO to the government of war, poverty, liberticidal repression, environmental devastation, and complicity in genocide.

El Centro de Investigación y Elaboración para la Democracia (CRED) aplaude la decisión del Tribunal Supremo de Casación, que ha impuesto la formulación correcta de la pregunta sobre la que votaremos en el próximo referéndum. Ha sido derrotado el intento falso y astuto de Nordio y compañía de eludir la normativa vigente. Votaremos NO en el referéndum en defensa de la Constitución republicana, del Estado de derecho y de la independencia del poder judicial, asestando al gobierno de derechas y a sus aliados infiltrados en el Partido Democrático un golpe histórico que recordarán durante mucho tiempo. La tentative fallacieuse et sournoise de Nordio & Cie de contourner les règles en vigueur a été vaincue. Nous voterons NON au référendum pour défendre la Constitution républicaine, l’État de droit et l’indépendance de la magistrature, infligeant au gouvernement de droite et à ses alliés infiltrés au sein du Parti démocrate une défaite historique dont ils se souviendront longtemps. Der falsche und hinterlistige Versuch von Nordio & Co., die geltenden Vorschriften zu umgehen, ist gescheitert. Wir stimmen mit NEIN beim Referendum – zur Verteidigung der republikanischen Verfassung, des Rechtsstaats und der Unabhängigkeit der Justiz – und versetzen der rechten Regierung sowie ihren im Partito Democratico infiltrierten Verbündeten eine historische Niederlage, an die sie sich lange erinnern werden.
