Il Centro di ricerca ed elaborazione per la democrazia ( CRED) prende atto dell’esito dell’incontro tra Trump e Putin ad Anchorage. È necessaria una soluzione complessiva e duratura del conflitto ucraino, che sia basata sulla sicurezza permanente di tutte le parti in causa e sul diritto di scelta delle popolazioni dei territori contesi. Il raggiungimento di tale obiettivo implica ovviamente la neutralità dell’Ucraina e l’impossibilità per la stessa di aderire ad alleanze politico-militari, quali NATO e, se non cambia del tutto il suo orientamento , anche Unione Europea. Da questo punto di vista ci pare apprezzabile la posizione del presidente russo Vladimir Putin ed invitiamo il presidente statunitense Donald Trump
a tenerne conto. Respingiamo invece come irresponsabile e guerrafondaia la posizione dei governi europei che vogliono creare uno stato di conflittualità permanente in Europa per alimentare i profitti dell’industria bellica e dare un senso alla propria esistenza. Analogamente la continuazione della guerra appare vitale per le sorti dell’autocrate ucraino che ormai nel suo Paese è sostenuto solo dall’estrema destra. Auspichiamo quindi che una soluzione di pace possa essere trovata a breve nell’interesse del popolo ucraino e di tutti i popoli europei. Analogo metodo, basato sulla ricerca di una soluzione complessiva e duratura attraverso il dialogo e il rispetto degli interessi di tutte le parti coinvolte, dovrebbe essere applicato in Medio Oriente, dove diventa sempre più urgente porre fine al genocidio del popolo palestinese in atto, mediante un adeguato intervento internazionale.

The Center for Research and Elaboration for Democracy (CRED) takes note of the outcome of the meeting between Trump and Putin in Anchorage. A comprehensive and lasting solution to the Ukrainian conflict is necessary, one that is based on the permanent security of all parties involved and on the right of the populations of the disputed territories to choose their own future. Achieving this objective obviously implies Ukraine’s neutrality and its impossibility to join political-military alliances such as NATO and, unless it completely changes its orientation, also the European Union. From this perspective, we find the position of Russian President Vladimir Putin appreciable, and we invite U.S. President Donald Trump to take it into account.
On the other hand, we reject as irresponsible and warmongering the stance of European governments that want to create a state of permanent conflict in Europe in order to feed the profits of the arms industry and give meaning to their own existence. Likewise, the continuation of the war appears vital for the fate of the Ukrainian autocrat who, in his country, is now supported only by the far right.
We therefore hope that a peace solution can soon be found in the interest of the Ukrainian people and of all European peoples. A similar method, based on seeking a comprehensive and lasting solution through dialogue and respect for the interests of all parties involved, should be applied in the Middle East, where it is becoming increasingly urgent to put an end to the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people through appropriate international intervention.

El Centro de Investigación y Elaboración para la Democracia (CRED) toma nota del resultado del encuentro entre Trump y Putin en Anchorage. Es necesaria una solución global y duradera al conflicto ucraniano, basada en la seguridad permanente de todas las partes implicadas y en el derecho de las poblaciones de los territorios en disputa a decidir su propio destino. Alcanzar este objetivo implica obviamente la neutralidad de Ucrania y la imposibilidad de que se adhiera a alianzas político-militares como la OTAN y, salvo que cambie completamente su orientación, también a la Unión Europea. Desde esta perspectiva, nos parece apreciable la posición del presidente ruso Vladímir Putin, e invitamos al presidente estadounidense Donald Trump a tenerla en cuenta.
Rechazamos, en cambio, como irresponsable y belicista la postura de los gobiernos europeos que quieren crear un estado de conflictividad permanente en Europa para alimentar los beneficios de la industria armamentística y dar sentido a su propia existencia. De igual modo, la continuación de la guerra parece vital para el destino del autócrata ucraniano que, en su país, ya solo cuenta con el apoyo de la extrema derecha.
Esperamos, por tanto, que pronto pueda encontrarse una solución de paz en interés del pueblo ucraniano y de todos los pueblos europeos. Un método similar, basado en la búsqueda de una solución global y duradera mediante el diálogo y el respeto a los intereses de todas las partes implicadas, debería aplicarse en Oriente Medio, donde resulta cada vez más urgente poner fin al genocidio en curso contra el pueblo palestino mediante una adecuada intervención internacional.

Le Centre de recherche et d’élaboration pour la démocratie (CRED) prend acte de l’issue de la rencontre entre Trump et Poutine à Anchorage. Une solution globale et durable au conflit ukrainien est nécessaire, fondée sur la sécurité permanente de toutes les parties concernées et sur le droit des populations des territoires disputés à choisir leur propre avenir. La réalisation de cet objectif implique évidemment la neutralité de l’Ukraine et l’impossibilité pour celle-ci d’adhérer à des alliances politico-militaires telles que l’OTAN et, à moins qu’elle ne change complètement d’orientation, également à l’Union européenne. Dans cette perspective, nous jugeons appréciable la position du président russe Vladimir Poutine et invitons le président américain Donald Trump à en tenir compte.
Nous rejetons en revanche comme irresponsable et belliciste la position des gouvernements européens qui veulent créer un état de conflit permanent en Europe afin d’alimenter les profits de l’industrie de l’armement et de donner un sens à leur propre existence. De même, la poursuite de la guerre semble vitale pour le destin de l’autocrate ukrainien qui, dans son pays, n’est plus soutenu que par l’extrême droite.
Nous espérons donc qu’une solution de paix pourra bientôt être trouvée dans l’intérêt du peuple ukrainien et de tous les peuples européens. Une méthode similaire, fondée sur la recherche d’une solution globale et durable à travers le dialogue et le respect des intérêts de toutes les parties concernées, devrait être appliquée au Moyen-Orient, où il devient de plus en plus urgent de mettre fin au génocide en cours du peuple palestinien grâce à une intervention internationale appropriée.

Центр исследований и разработки для демократии (CRED) отмечает итоги встречи Трампа и Путина в Анкоридже. Необходимо всеобъемлющее и прочное решение украинского конфликта, основанное на постоянной безопасности всех сторон и на праве населения спорных территорий самостоятельно определять свою судьбу. Достижение этой цели, очевидно, предполагает нейтралитет Украины и невозможность её вступления в военно-политические альянсы, такие как НАТО, а также, если она полностью не изменит свой курс, в Европейский союз. С этой точки зрения нам представляется достойной внимания позиция российского президента Владимира Путина, и мы призываем президента США Дональда Трампа учитывать её.
В то же время мы отвергаем как безответственную и милитаристскую позицию европейских правительств, которые стремятся создать состояние постоянного конфликта в Европе, чтобы подпитывать прибыли оружейной промышленности и придавать смысл собственному существованию. Аналогично продолжение войны представляется жизненно важным для судьбы украинского автократа, которого в его стране поддерживает теперь только крайне правая часть общества.
Мы надеемся, что в скором времени удастся найти мирное решение в интересах украинского народа и всех европейских народов. Аналогичный метод, основанный на поиске всеобъемлющего и прочного решения через диалог и уважение интересов всех сторон, должен быть применён и на Ближнем Востоке, где всё более срочным становится прекращение геноцида палестинского народа посредством надлежащего международного вмешательства.

民主研究与制定中心（CRED）注意到特朗普与普京在安克雷奇会晤的结果。乌克兰冲突需要一个全面而持久的解决方案，该方案应建立在所有相关方的永久安全以及争议地区人民的自决权之上。实现这一目标显然意味着乌克兰的中立，以及其不可能加入诸如北约之类的政治军事联盟，除非它完全改变其方向，否则也不能加入欧盟。从这一角度来看，我们认为俄罗斯总统弗拉基米尔·普京的立场值得肯定，并呼吁美国总统唐纳德·特朗普予以考虑。
相反，我们认为欧洲各国政府的立场是不负责任且好战的，因为他们企图在欧洲制造一种永久冲突状态，以此来支撑军工产业的利润并为自身存在寻找意义。同样，战争的持续对于乌克兰独裁者来说似乎至关重要，因为在国内，他如今只得到极右翼的支持。
因此，我们希望能尽快找到一个和平解决方案，符合乌克兰人民及所有欧洲人民的利益。类似的方法，即通过对话和尊重各方利益来寻求全面而持久的解决方案，也应当应用于中东地区。在那里，结束正在进行的对巴勒斯坦人民的种族灭绝变得越来越紧迫，需要适当的国际干预。

إن مركز البحث والإعداد من أجل الديمقراطية (CRED) يأخذ علماً بنتائج اللقاء بين ترامب وبوتين في أنكوراج. هناك حاجة إلى حل شامل ودائم للصراع الأوكراني، يقوم على الأمن الدائم لجميع الأطراف المعنية وعلى حق شعوب المناطق المتنازع عليها في تقرير مصيرها. إن تحقيق هذا الهدف يقتضي بطبيعة الحال حياد أوكرانيا واستحالة انضمامها إلى التحالفات السياسية-العسكرية مثل حلف الناتو، وكذلك إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي ما لم تغيّر توجهها بشكل كامل. ومن هذا المنطلق، نعتبر موقف الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين جديراً بالتقدير، وندعو الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب إلى أخذه بعين الاعتبار.
أما مواقف الحكومات الأوروبية فنرفضها بوصفها غير مسؤولة وعدوانية، إذ تسعى إلى خلق حالة من الصراع الدائم في أوروبا لتغذية أرباح صناعة السلاح ومنح معنى لوجودها. وبالمثل، يبدو استمرار الحرب مسألة حيوية بالنسبة لمصير الحاكم الأوكراني المستبد الذي لم يعد يحظى في بلاده إلا بدعم اليمين المتطرف.
وعليه، فإننا نأمل أن يتم التوصل قريباً إلى حل سلمي لمصلحة الشعب الأوكراني وجميع الشعوب الأوروبية. كما ينبغي اعتماد منهج مماثل، يقوم على البحث عن حل شامل ودائم من خلال الحوار واحترام مصالح جميع الأطراف، في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، حيث تزداد الحاجة إلحاحاً إلى وضع حد للإبادة الجماعية المستمرة ضد الشعب الفلسطيني عبر تدخل دولي مناسب.
